Kenya has made a transformative impact of devolution and increased investment in infrastructure as key factors contributing to broad-based growth. Investment in infrastructure has been sustained and economic growth remains robust with a positive outlook for the medium term. Since each county manages its own resources and budget, most of the marginalized Counties have become easily accessible due to improved infrastructure.
